Booking + cancellation policy

As a small business owner who works from home, I am sure you can appreciate that I have put these policies in place to ensure all my clients have the best possible experience at The Garden room.

 

*Please note that I may ask for a letter from your doctor before proceeding with any treatments. This is to ensure it is safe to carry out the treatment as your wellbeing is my priority. 

Payment

I accept either card payment via my card machine in my treatment room, cash or a BACS transfer before your appointment.

Cancelling & rescheduling

I understand that emergencies happen, and life has it's moments, therefore I am as flexible as I can be.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible as this will allow me the time to fill the appointment.

Cancelling on the day of your appointment & no shows:

You will unfortunately be required to pay for your treatment in full, and unable to rebook in for any future treatments until it has been paid.
